We’re growing in Australia, New Zealand and across Asia. We are seeking a talented Account Executive to be based in our Brisbane office working closely with our Client Solutions team, to assist Communications professionals across a range of corporate and government accounts.   


What can you expect in this role?

  • You will be the key point of contact for clients within your portfolio, providing the highest possible level of service
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of clients’ media requirements across all formats
  • You will be alerting our clients to breaking news and relevant media issues by telephone
  • Regularly contacting and providing solutions to assist our clients with their communications requirements
  • You will take ownership of your relationships; update client requirements, identify upsell opportunities as well as provide support for our range of products
  • Collaborate with the account management and sales team to understand the needs of your clients 
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with your colleagues to grow your client portfolios
  • Enjoy the variety of the media landscape and working within a friendly high performing team

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are extremely media savvy and have a genuine interest in news and current affairs with the ability to identify what issues are important to our clients
  • You think on your feet, prioritise and can multi task in high pressure situations
  • You are an excellent team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • You are a problem solver who will be able to identify potential issues for clients and resolve them
  • You're a passionate communicator, with an excellent phone manner, great listening skills along with a call first mentality
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce is desirable
