The Account Support position provides administrative support for the New Zealand Client Success team, by completing tasks to accurately establish and maintain Isentia services to its clients.

 

If you worked as an Account Support what would you have typically done last week?

  • Worked proactively to update and maintain client briefs to ensure a premium level of relevance is maintained at all times.
  • Worked with the finance team to ensure that our clients are invoiced correctly.
  • Assisted in managing the team's workload with a great sense of urgency and high attention to detail. Worked closely with the Business Development team to set up and onboard new clients.
  • Provided our clients with exceptional customer service. Supported the NZ wide Client Success team in a range of administrative duties.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are media savvy and have a genuine interest in news and current affairs
  • Your organisation skills are second to none
  • You always think on your feet, and can prioritise and multi task in high pressure situations
  • You are process driven, encourage change, and have a demonstrated history of thinking outside the box
  • You're a passionate communicator, with an excellent phone manner 
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can ensure precise monthly invoicing
  •  You have the ability to use a range of different software systems to perform daily tasks
