Account Support

Job description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients

  • Support the sales and client solutions team with a range of client related activities 

 

We are looking for confident and energetic account support administrators to join our team who will provide administrative support to our Client Solutions department in our Canberra office. This role is hands on in dealing with a diverse range of clients issues across all industries. You will be required to provide account support for a range of services Isentia clients use to monitor and analyse traditional and social media, and, in many circumstances, be the first point of contact for client queries.

  • Provided excellent customer service to clients. 
  • Resolved a vast range of account requests and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensured precise invoicing to all clients and answered client queries regarding billing.
  • Assisted in client satisfaction and retention activities.
  • Used a range of software systems to perform tasks. 
  • Accurately recorded all client data and client conversations in our CRM, Salesforce. 
  • Assisted the Client Solutions teams with proposals and contracts. 

Requirements

As a successful Account Support member you are:

  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Able to think outside of the box and encourage change that leads to improvements 
  • Excited by the media landscape and enjoy keeping up with current affairs.
  • A good coordinator and delegate team tasks, supporting clients and the team.
  • An exceptional written and verbal communicator.
  • Detail driven and able to ensure accuracy
  • Comfortable with deadlines, and able to prioritise tasks to ensure they are met to a high standard.
  • A positive team player.
  • Self-motivated, precise, curious and want to learn.
  • Adaptable; and able to learn new systems quickly.
