Job description

Responsibilities:

Generate new to Isentia sales pipeline leading business development teams in new pitches and winning new high value clients pitching Isentia total service offerings.

Making sure all new clients are secured and satisfied with our services by successfully on boarding new clients and making sure existing clients add-on new services by up-selling our solutions to increase client spend with Isentia

Lead and direct Account management team and secure strong relationship with the highest level with existing clients

Managing and developing a high-performing team of Business Development and Account Management professionals to achieve individuals and team targets.

Strategizing on the best methodology/frameworks to meet clients’ objectives while successfully convincing clients to buy-into our total solutions while gaining client’s trust in all areas namely Media Intelligence, Insights, Social and Content Marketing.

Being continually informed about offline and online developments/buzz about our clients and to be able to be a trusted advisor to clients.

Lead by example, Train and share with existing colleagues on client case studies and thought leadership pieces.

Accountable in delivering revenue targets, upsell and client retention while continually exceeding revenue and EBITDA targets on a monthly and yearly basis.

Positively Transform, Maintain and improve on a high positive NPS (Net Promoter Scores) from satisfied clients.

The Business Director will need to work closely with other teams like Media Intelligence Product teams, Insights, Social and Production to align in resource availability, and R&D in terms of product innovation and understanding.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably in sales and marketing) or related discipline.

More than 10 years of experience in business development, account management and/or client serving roles with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is mandatory with past 3-5 years in middle management capability.

Experience in creative content management and social media management companies with deep analytical mind for media research and analytic (traditional and/or social media) is essential and can also be in the form of being any or all of the following:-

Business Leader in winning strategic new accounts for a creative agency with social content strategy skills and excellent presenter that wins client’s trust

Creative Leader in Content Marketing Company leading social strategy & ideation

Account Director / Servicing Team Lead in creative agencies

Social Media strategy, community & analytics manager /director

Market research leader with social and traditional media related exposure

Media specialist in strategy & planning media related solutions with digital marketing background and have working experience around data analysis

Excellent Track record/Experience in consulting, consultative solution selling  

Client-side background dealing with agencies can be advantageous

Good leadership quality with experience in managing an account team is essential. Individuals without people management experience will not be considered.

Excellent presentation skill – both visually and vocally.

Highly-motivated, results-driven and receptive to dynamic changes.

The ability to prioritize multiple projects and juggle tasks to meet deadlines

Willing to work above and beyond working hours, and on weekends if requested by client/management to meet revenue objectives.
