An experienced Client Success Manager is being sought to work as an integral part of the Australian leadership team building ‘trusted advisor’ partner relationships with the largest clients in the Victoria.

Reporting to the Head of Client Success – Australia, you will lead a number of client success teams in Melbourne to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring clients are utilising the full suite of services available to them, proactively identifying and resolving client issues and, advising on the latest industry trends. You will be an inspiring leader, superb manager and display characteristics of being client obsessed, collaborative and accountable.

We need you to:
  • Be a leader of teams with a passion for driving development and growth from within
  • A track record of success in client retention and satisfaction, in a similar industry
  • Personal bias towards collaboration, action, one team and accountability
  • A continuous improvement mindset – always looking to improve
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment or media industry preferably where there are rapidly changing products
  • Knowledge and awareness of competitor behaviour and strategy
  • Fully utilise our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • The drive to win and celebrate team success.


What you will be doing:
  • Ensuring our clients’ requirements are met within SLAs
  • Developing your team and improving systems and processes
  • Work with the Client Success leadership team to ensure KPIs are exceeded Maintain a full knowledge of the marketplace and commercial and put forward plans to maximise growth
  • Drive our winning and competitive service delivery environment where we succeed and celebrate
  • Build and maintain outstanding client service levels to drive future growth
  • Manage profitability through the achievement of targets, pricing and the development and control of budgets.
