Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader and this person should have hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading day to day operations of the Infrastructure systems environment.
  • Maintaining stability and availability of services utilized by the Business and its clients.
  • Supporting policies and procedures to ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders to deliver services that support IT transformation as well as improve the current IT delivery across the company.
  • Mentoring and coaching members of the team.
  • Assisting in BAU operations and project work.

Requirements

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing a number of key functions within the Infrastructure & Cloud Services team to ensure the delivery of business critical IT services.


The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of services utilised by Isentia and its clients, as well as collaborating with key business stakeholders to continuously improve the current IT delivery across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in Windows and Linux Server
  • Strong knowledge in Networking (Cisco, HP)
  • Strong knowledge in Virtualization (VMware)
  • Sound knowledge of Public Cloud Services (AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of Email solutions (Office 365, Exchange)
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS
  • Strong knowledge of Storage solutions (HP SAN, Dell SAN)
  • Knowledge of Monitoring solutions (PRTG, Datadog)
  • Knowledge of Backup solutions (Arcserve)
  • Knowledge of File Services / FTP
  • Knowledge of Configuration management and automation solutions (SCCM, Orchestrator, Puppet)
  • Knowledge of Security technologies (Trend Micro, Fortigate)
  • Knowledge of log management (Sumo Logic)
  • Advanced scripting skills (VBscript, Batch, PowerShell, Bash, Python, CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and agile change management
