We’re growing in Australia, New Zealand and across Asia, we are seeking a talented individual to be our Junior Office Manager, based in our Sydney office. Working closely with our Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide day-to-day additional administrative support and also support the Sydney office administrative needs.

 

As a successful Junior Office Manager what will you be doing?

 

  • Professionally greeting all visitors in a welcoming manner
  • Answer and route all phone calls that come through reception
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Build strong working relationships with Executive Team and ANZ Leadership team and provide support
  • Manage third party supplier relationships
  • Assist with invoice management and monthly reporting
  • Assist with production and distribution of reports and documents as required, including courier and mail arrangements
  • Arrange staff travel requirements  
  • Maintain and manage, reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have solid receptionist and administration experience
  • You’re a strong relationship builder who is able to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent time management skills and are comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You are able to prioritise and organise your workload efficiently
  • You’re enthusiastic and enjoy developing your skills
  • You’re committed to high standards and have a strong sense of accountability
  • You have a strong understanding of Microsoft products
