Job description

Responsibilities


Primary: To support and coordinate regional marketing initiatives alongside Marketing Manager, Asia with the following but not limited to


  • Digital and online marketing
  • Business reporting and marketing measurement
  • Strategic marketing events
  • Branding and profile
  • Content creation


  • Secondary: Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Asia, the Marketing Executive will be:


  • Compiling and distributing business operation reports
  • Managing campaigns on social media
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy and content
  • Maintaining website and looking at data analytics
  • Maintaining databases and using customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Accountable for maintain and improve on number of inbound leads



Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and communications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Savvy in mainstream and social  media (i.e. print and broadcast) and digital (i.e. online & social media)
  • Experience in content creation and media relations management can be advantageous. Other possible
  • experience that may be considered can be in the form of being ( Media or digital related exposure) 
  • Individuals with digital marketing background and have some basic familiarity around media data analysis (i.e. Google analytics)
  • Excellent presentation skill – both visually and vocally
  • Highly-motivated, strong attention to detail, results-driven, go-getter and good teamwork skill
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects and juggle tasks to meet deadlines
