Marketing Specialist – Lead Gen

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team as a Lead Generation Specialist, based in our Sydney office. Working closely with our Business Development team, you will drive growth through tactical campaign marketing and brand awareness, ultimately driving revenue across all products with all potential audiences.

 

 As a successful Lead Generation Specialist what will you do?

  • Create and implement effective lead generation activities across our ANZ business.
  • Translate the brand positioning and business targets into an impactful and effective digital campaign strategy.
  • Develop and implement email marketing programs including relevant campaign activity reports.
  • Work with ANZ Marketing Manager to develop and implement content distribution plans to support business objectives.
  • Ensure best messaging is being used for clients across all materials and channels while also adhering to the brand and style guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and plan additional content to support Isentia brand awareness or sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage feedback and insights to help improve our services and offerings promoted in lead generation activities.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You feel comfortable working in a lean, performance driven environment
  • You are collaborative and able to work cross functionally to deliver results
  • You have an exceptional work ethic coupled with a passion for content creation
  • You have 2+ years of B2B lead generation marketing experience
  • You have experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce and Marketo)
  • You have proven experience using storytelling for both lead generation and lead nurturing
  • You are able to manage multiple requests and content priorities.
