We’re now hiring for a new full-time role of Product Director Social to be based preferably in Singapore or Shanghai working closely with our product and IT teams.


Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be shaping the product experience, roadmap and vision of Isentia’s social monitoring platform.  You will work with executive, innovation, design and development teams to define, build and champion Isentia product innovations and amazing client experiences across multiple sectors in the Asia Pacific region and ultimately ensure that revenue targets for the platform or subset components are met globally.


What you will be doing:

  • Be instrumental in the development and launching of exciting new social monitoring platforms
  • Investigating and deeply understanding the needs of our customers across ANZ and Asia
  • Evolving the social client experience to be as amazing as possible
  • Developing strong effective relationships with key stakeholders and the global Isentia business to achieve objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing, achievements, and provide direction and innovation around analytics
  • Managing a portfolio of products in various lifecycle stages (ideation, new product development, maintenance, retirement)
  • Working in partnership with a fun and successful team




To be successful in this key position, we need you to: 

  • Hold a proven track record of developing, managing, and launching large-scale web and social based products
  • Be experienced with agile development methodologies and process
  • Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to dive into details with subject matter experts and regional client-facing teams
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of product management or product design and customer experience in a software product organisation or team
  • Drive success by managing direct reports and influencing colleagues
  • Have work experience with UI/UX and CX design teams
