And now, an exciting opportunity is open for a Production Education Lead. We are seeking to fill one position in Sydney and another position in either Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai or Hong Kong.  


Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will enhance product knowledge and evangelism across the business; establishing and maintaining systems to facilitate knowledge transfer to our clients and team members.  


What you would be involved with in this role?


  • Training internal and external stakeholders in our leading-edge products and systems
  • Utilise your training and education skills to ensure there is an effective knowledge transfer
  • Devise and conduct training and onboarding programs
  • Working closely with clients for a seamless onboarding experience and product take-up
  • Continuously improving systems, processes and products
  • Utilise different methods to train, such as face-to-face, webinars, videos etc
  • Being an integral member of a fun and high performing team


What do you need to be successful in this role?


  • Experience (and preferably qualified) in training products to groups and adult learners
  • A strong understanding of social, web and mobile technologies and trends
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to communicate across the organisation and cultures, including excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish and build new relationships within the organisation
  • Driven to learn and operate as a team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • A ‘can do’ attitude – action mindset
  • Chinese language skills are not essential to this role, but would be considered favourably particularly for the position in Asia.
