Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, as a Salesforce expert, you will be working closely with the sales and client success teams, helping to maintain and utilise our CRM to gain the maximum value for our business and clients.

 

What we need from you:

  • A track record in driving best-practise sales systems and processes
  • To be a SME in Salesforce and experience driving its utilisation
  • Knowledge and awareness of competitor behaviour and strategy
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Experience in successfully working with geographically dispersed sales teams. 


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales and client success teams to ensure targets are exceeded across the region
  • Conduct reporting and forecasting, identifying areas for improvement for sales teams and individuals
  • Drive our winning and competitive sales environment where we succeed and celebrate
  • Build and maintain outstanding client service levels to drive future growth
  • Manage profitability through the monitoring of metric attainment.
