Senior Account Director

Job description

The door is open for anyone fitting a Senior Account Director description. Based in London, this role will see you working closely with the wider London team to deliver the most innovative content marketing programmes in EMEA.

The Senior Account Director will lead the client services team, taking ownership of accounts and providing senior client leadership and content planning excellence. They will be confident and professional when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders and will work to establish strong client relationships.
Your key tasks will be:

·        To work with our clients and prospects to determine how they can best use all forms of content to meet their marketing and business objectives.

·        To create and implement rigorous processes to effectively manage client projects, including coordination of internal resources.

·        To ensure retention and continued growth of existing clients in the roster.

Requirements

Your superstar presentation skills will also see you attending new business meetings and effortlessly swaying prospective clients to sign up for content marketing programmes.

The essentials: 

  • A proven ability to manage all aspects of digital content planning, from strategy through to execution, moderation and analysis. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business development.
  • Strong and confident presentation in front of clients and internal teams, and the ability to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • More than 5 years’ experience working in a similar agency role.
