What does a Senior Account Manager do at Isentia?

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the sales, client satisfaction and client retention targets within a set portfolio. You will build market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business opportunities with new and existing clients.

In this role, you will forge strong relationships across multiple channels, delivering innovative solutions to retain and grow your dedicated portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a high performing account management team, as well as prepare detailed sales strategy plans, develop and manage your own sales pipeline, and drive overall customer satisfaction to meet our objectives and NPS scores.

Requirements

What will make you stand out from all the applicants?

  • Experience in creating effective sales solutions in a b2b consultative selling environment with long sales cycles.
  • Ideally you’ll have 5+ years business development and account management experience
  • You will have the ability to come in and navigate enterprise accounts, have the desire to truly find solutions and build a strategic pipeline
  • Experience within the enterprise SaaS platform industry.
  • Previous CRM experience using Salesforce.
  • Leadership skills and experience with a big emphasis on coaching to high performance
  • Confident negotiator and proven ability to 'close the deal'.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
