We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager based in our Melbourne. 

Reporting to the Client Solutions Director, you will be a primary contact for your portfolio of high profile clients. You will lead a high performing team to continue to deliver unparalleled support and service to your clients.


As a successful Account Manager at Isentia what will you be doing?

  • Ensuring the retention and renewal of clients within your portfolio
  • Proactively meeting with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and sharing this knowledge with your team to drive client success
  • Responding to client queries and requests quickly, efficiently, and with a focus on great service
  • Providing education and positoning new products and services for clients
  • Met with clients to understand their needs and to assist them with utilising the Isentia service
  • Collaborating with your Client Solutions Director and other key stakeholders on sales strategies to grow the client portfolio and reduce risk
  • Partnered with a number of Australia’s most well-known businesses to ensure they’re fully across all of their media issues and objectives.


Who are you?

  • An experienced account manager with management of large corporate or government contracts
  • A skilled trouble shooter with a track record of resolving client issues and mitigating client risks
  • A leader with the ability to manage a high performing team, including providing feedback, development and recognition
  • You are a highly motivated, well rounded, individual with great attention to detail.
  • You are also extremely media savvy across all forms of media, with a natural inclination towards news and current affairs.
  • You’re proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce to manage contract life-cycles
