What’s the opportunity?

As the manager of Insights team, you will lead your team or research analysts to ensure prompt delivery of service on a variety of analysis projects with our customers in North Asia.

You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver insights and understandings through innovative methodologies to open up possibilities. You will promote trust-based client relationships, share your ideas to develop customer oriented solutions and support cross-department collaborations including business development and knowledge sharing.


What will you be responsible for?

Leading and managing a high performing team of research analysts;

Ensuring all projects and reports delivered by the team meet Isentia & client expectations;

Driving innovation and process improvements;

Measuring and improving performance and productivity;

  • Degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business or other related Social Sciences
  • Ability to transfer skills to other team members

  • Good business sense to help ensure that the project is operating within budget and revenue targets are met

  • 2-3 years experience in analysis/research; more than 1 year experience in managing a team of analysts

  • Self-motivated and results driven; excellent organisational and time management skills; attention to details and ability to work under pressure; team player

  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skils within the team; proven capability in project management


  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization,with cross-cultural teams and with external parties
